Ashé, in partnership with The Chris James Journey, presents Dear Black People. The satirical one-act, eight-scene play discusses black culture in America by infusing identity, racism, relationships, the typical stereotypes and more. Showing a very enlightening perspective of the black experience, it is meant to be a mirror to some and a cultural baptism to others. This performance piece has made audiences laugh and learn all at the same time. This piece is written and performed in poetry verse.
